Degelatinized Bone is a processed bovine bone by-product obtained after gelatin and collagen extraction processes.

The product is sterilized and dried in a high-temperature rotary dryer, then supplied as bone pieces or crushed bone material according to customer requirements.

Degelatinized Bone can be used as a bone-derived mineral raw material for further processing, including bone meal production, calcium phosphate products, fertilizer inputs, and selected technical applications.

It can also be used as a raw material for further calcination to produce calcined bone / bone ash, depending on the customer’s own process and final application. 

Packing

Packing can be arranged according to customer requirements, including:

• Standard bags  
• Jumbo bags  
• Bulk packing options upon request

Final packing details can be confirmed according to order quantity and destination.
